12 people were evacuated from a burning house near Tula on the night of April 17
On April 17, at around half past one in the morning, a message about a fire was received at the Central Fire Communications Station. A residential building caught fire in the nodal settlement of Dubovka on Tsentralnaya Street. Open burning was eliminated in 19 minutes.
