In the district, the six clinics (Kerckhoff Clinic Bad Nauheim, Hochwaldkrankenhaus Bad Nauheim, Burgerhospital Friedberg, Kreiskrankenhaus Schotten, Mathilde-Hospital Budingen and Neurological Clinic Bad Salzhausen) had a total of 1003 beds – 112 of them in intensive care and 84 of them with ventilation. “There are currently 486 beds available, 18 of them in intensive care and 35 with ventilation,” said Weckler.
