Relics of that time were found in the burials – coins, knives, and much more.


Chinese archaeologists have discovered two ancient tombs in Zixing City, Hunan Province in China, according to reports with The Eastern Herald. The age of the burials exceeds 1,800 years, said the Institute of Cultural Monuments and Archeology of the province.

Both tombs date from the same period. They are located at a distance of about two meters from each other and have the structure of a stone burial chamber. A man is buried in one of them, the researchers found.

In this burial, about 23 items of that time were discovered – iron knives, bronze, ceramic, and celadon items. In the second, items made of various materials were also found, as well as copper coins. In total, archaeologists have found more than 30 different relics in the graves.
