The professional team of Miter after having Sunday off, he returned to training on Monday, in a double shift, with his headset on arriving in the best way to the resumption of the First National.
The first shift was held in the private sports complex located in San Marcos, where the team developed regenerative tasks, after Saturday’s soccer practice. Also exercises to increase the coordinative qualities, later the aerobic power was developed through drills and analytical exercises in that capacity.
In the afternoon, the practices took place at the Drs. José and Antonio Castiglione stadium.
The rehearsal was divided into two shifts: first, the defensive players worked; and then the offensive footballers did, with tactical tasks for each group.
