Little by little, avian influenza entered the buildings housing the birds, mainly in Delhi, Maharashtra, Kerala, Himachal Pradesh, and Haryana among the most affected region, where the virus made its return at the beginning of December. The authorities ordered the slaughter of hundreds of thousands of animals all across the nation.
