Erdogan meets his Lithuanian and Latvian counterparts in Brussels ahead of the NATO summit

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan met his Lithuanian and Latvian counterparts Gitanas Nauseda Egils Levits in Brussels ahead of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) summit on Monday.

The two closed-door meetings lasted for 20 and 25 minutes, respectively.

President Erdoğan is accompanied on his visit by his wife Emine, Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, Defense Minister Hulusi Akar, and Presidential Communications Director Fahrettin Altun.

He is also accompanied by Presidential Spokesman Ibrahim Kalin, Justice and Development Party Spokesman Omer Celik, and the head of the Turkish delegation to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly, Osman Ashqin Pak.
