BlackRock Metals Inc., BlackRock Mining Inc., BlackRock Metals LP and BRM Metals GP Inc. (collectively “BlackRock”)
is conducting the sale and investment solicitation process (“SISP”) for the sale of BlackRock’s business, property, assets and undertaking.
