Swiss Foreign Minister Ignazio Cassis reported on ongoing talks in Geneva on the situation in Ukraine.
In a newspaper interview Le Temps On Thursday, he said the city was hosting the talks “with the utmost discretion” even though they were “not at the highest level” yet.
Cassis did not say who they were or provide further details.
“Peacebuilding is a complex undertaking that will require a lot of diplomacy. But we will get there, even if it is not currently visible in the short term,” Cassis said.
He also drew attention to the need to “rebuild the security architecture on the European continent”.
