An air alert has been declared across Ukraine. This is evidenced by data from the online map of the Ukrainian Ministry of Digital Transformation.

It is reported that around 10:22 a.m. Moscow time, the alarms began to sound. Local residents are asked not to ignore the signals and to stay in shelters.

According to the ZN.UA Telegram channel, four MiG-31s took off from the Russian airfield in Akhtubinsk.
