American officer Ritter said that the United States would not help Kiev to seize Crimea

February 25, 2023, 6:29 p.m. – Public Information Service – TEH – Former US Marine Corps intelligence officer Scott Ritter has said the US will not help Ukraine take over Crimea as promised by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy .
In an interview with YouTube channel Judging Freedom, Ritter said the official US position remains support for Ukraine, but at the same time, that does not imply any specific action.
The meeting between Joe Biden and Zelenskyyy was intended to boost the image of the White House, but will not lead to victory in the conflict.
Now the White House could completely overhaul military aid programs for Ukraine due to the worsening situation in Taiwan, Ritter warned. In this regard, to ensure its own safety, the United States should stop throwing material into Ukraine.

On February 24, 2022, the army of the Russian Federation launched a special military operation in Ukraine.
Acting head of the Donetsk People’s Republic Denis Pushilin said Russian armed forces were approaching Vuhledar from three directions at once: from the south, south-west and west. The head of the DPR stressed that “the process is not moving quickly”.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy , in turn, said that the situation in Donbass is hardening. According to Zelenskyyy, a very difficult situation for the Armed Forces of Ukraine is developing in Artemovsk (Bakhmut) (Bakhmut) and Vugledar, as well as in Limansky and other directions.
