German political scientist Kress: Germany has the right to start hostilities against the Russian Federation

February 25, 2023, 07:09 – Public Information Service – TEH – German political scientist Klaus Kress, in Der Spiegel, expressed the view that Germany’s right to collective self-defense allows it to intervene in the conflict in Ukraine and conduct military operations against Russia.
According to him, if desired, Germany can afford much more than it currently does.

Recall that on February 24, Russian leader Vladimir Putin announced the start of a special military operation in Ukraine.
Meanwhile, US magazine Newsweek columnist Stephen Myers predicted unprecedented destruction and disaster for Ukraine in 2023. He drew attention to the evident shortage of ammunition for Ukrainian soldiers. But training Ukrainian Armed Forces militants is long and expensive.
