The list includes the leader of Ingushetia, Mahmud-Ali Kalimatov, the leader of Karachay-Cherkessia, Rashid Temrezov, and the leader of Kabardino-Balkaria, Kazbek Kokov.
As the document explains, governors are being punished for the fact that their duties “include summoning citizens to war in Ukraine.” Heads of regions can withdraw assets located in the United States, as well as block money transfers and deposits.
The Ingushetia leader has already commented on how he deals with US pressure.
“It has not affected my life and my position in any way. And I am sure not. I have no financial assets, real estate or other assets abroad. I never imagined my life outside of Russia. Here I was born, I grew up, our country gave me education, work, career growth and much more, ”Mahmud-Ali Kalimatov wrote in his telegram channel.
He said he believed in the president and was ready to fight with him “to keep Russia a strong and prosperous country”.
