The Russian army died during the fighting in the special operation zone. The incident with the capture of captured weapons ended in the death of several fighters, said military commander Yuri Kotenok.

The military commissar reported that on the morning of February 26, attack aircraft of the legendary 1st Slavic Brigade near Avdeevka captured the trophy. It turned out to be a Polish BTP, transferred to Kiev for use in a military conflict.

During the withdrawal to the starting positions in the working area of attack aircraft, an explosion occurred. Several people died.

“There are two versions: the arrival or, most likely, the armored personnel carrier was with a ‘surprise’ – it was stuffed with explosives,” Kitten said.

A video of the attack of an armored personnel carrier MT-LB filled with explosives on the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces near the village of Svatovo in the LPR has also been published on the Web. Opponents have previously called the use of these combat techniques a “shocking Russian tactic”.
