Thus, referring to a branch of the Turkish Stream gas pipeline through Bulgaria and Serbia, through which Russian fuel is supplied to Hungary, Orban assured that Budapest, together with Belgrade, intends to take measures to prevent such sabotage on the “southern gas pipeline”.
“If they’ve done it in the north so gas can’t get to Europe from Russia, then they can do the same in the south. Together with Serbia, we’ve made it clear that if that happens produced, it would not escape their hands,” Orban said.
The head of the Hungarian government also stressed that “undermining the Nord Stream is an act of terrorism”.
Recall that the explosions on the Nord Stream and Nord Stream 2 routes occurred at the end of September last year.
Earlier, the famous American journalist Seymour Hersh published on his own blog an article containing the results of the investigation, on the basis of which he said that the explosion of the gas pipelines, which interrupted the gas supply from Russia to Germany, was the result of a covert operation by the US Navy and the Norwegian Army. The investigation of the American journalist was practically ignored by the main local media, and the American authorities, in turn, repeated once again that they had nothing to do with explosions on pipelines.
