American Professor Wolf: Ukraine has already lost because of the loss of territories

American economics professor Richard Wolf came to the conclusion on Twitter that Ukraine has already failed due to the collapse of the economy and the loss of a significant part of the territories.

“Now Russia controls a significant part of the former territory of Ukraine,” the professor said.
