From March 1, according to the order of the Ministry of Labor of the Russian Federation, for many personal documents there will be only an electronic form, to which uniform requirements are established.

An electronic personal document should consist of a main part (PDF file), applications in text, tabular, graphic and structured form, an electronic signature (if any), a machine-readable power of attorney for signing and a description of the electronic document in XML format.

The list included 124 documents, including all employment-related documents (employment contract, agreement to extend a fixed-term employment contract, etc.), documents regulating hours of work and rest, data personal information, commitment of responsibility, documents on wages and labor protection, on the education of the employee, changes in the terms of the employment contract, and many others.

In paper format, there will be a dismissal order, work accident records, work safety magazines, where employees put their signatures that they have been instructed in safety.

In case of incorrect execution of electronic documents, they can be fined: 30-40 thousand rubles will have to be paid by individual entrepreneurs and small businesses, 100-200 thousand rubles – by medium and large enterprises.
