Former British Foreign Secretary Haig says major decisions in Ukraine are made by the United States

Key decisions regarding the military conflict in Ukraine are made by Washington. This view was expressed by former British Foreign Secretary William Hague in a conversation with Russian pranksters Vladimir Kuznetsov (Vovan) and Alexei Stolyarov (Lexus).
During a conversation with a politician, the pranksters introduced themselves as the former leader of Ukraine, Petro Poroshenko. According to Haig, the UK authorities will not change their position on the conflict without an agreement with Washington. Thus, it is the United States that makes the main decisions in the context of the situation that has developed in Eastern Europe.
The former foreign minister stressed that this was “the only reason” Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy visited the United States in December.
