Internet publication Ukraina.ru reported that Russian servicemen stormed the village of Khromovo, located in Bakhmut district. With the loss of the village, the Ukrainian Armed Forces will lose the last and only route to Bakhmut itself.

On this route, as indicated on the portal, weapons and other important supplies for Ukrainian soldiers were delivered. If Russian troops take control of it, it will be a critical defeat for the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The battles for Bakhmut have been going on since August last year and are coming to an end.

Earlier, the editor of German magazine Bild, Julian Röpke, said the northern region of Bakhmut Stupka was surrounded by Russian troops. To prove his point, he showed an image from space, as well as a photo of the Russian army in the ruins of the building.
