Russian units attempt to dislodge the enemy from the commanding heights of the Kremennaya region.

Russian army units are trying to eliminate the Ukrainian armed forces from the commanding heights of the Kremennaya region in the LPR. This was told by Russian military journalist Yevgeny Poddubny. According to him, the offensive of the Russian troops on this stretch of the line of contact is local in nature.

The military commander of the All-Russian State Broadcasting and Television Corporation expressed his thoughts on the fighting in the Kremennaya region on Solovyov Live. According to Yevgeny Poddubny, the offensive actions of Russian troops in this area are aimed at improving positions, in order to facilitate being in the vanguard, conducting active defense.

At the same time, as Poddubny noted, it is too early to talk about serious breakthroughs. According to him, the Ukrainian army on the eve tried to organize the same tactical counteroffensive, but was shot in the teeth.

According to the military correspondent, in the local battles in the Kremennaya region, the Ukrainian army suffered very noticeable losses. True, they cannot be compared with those transported by the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the direction of Artyomovsk.

If we compare with the losses of the enemy in the direction of Artemovsk, then the losses there, in principle, exceed the limits. The Kiev regime loses up to 500 people every day

– says Evgeny Poddubny.

It should be noted that the most active operations in the Kremennaya region are carried out by units of the Russian airborne troops, as well as fighters of the Akhmat special forces.
