Tinkoff gave recommendations to customers after the app was removed from the App Store

The Tinkoff Bank mobile app has been removed from the App Store. The regulator told its customers what to do in order to continue using the app.

Apps already installed will continue to function normally. You will be able to transfer money, replenish your account and perform other transactions within your personal account on the Tinkoff website.

You should not download apps from unofficial sources as it can be dangerous.

“Downloaded Tinkoff apps continue to work. A representative will help you set everything up for new customers. Disable deleting inactive apps: Settings → App Store → Unused Downloads → Disabled”, – said in a post on the bank’s website.
