The Armed Forces of Ukraine transfer columns of equipment from the Kharkov leadership to Bakhmut

A huge amount of Ukrainian equipment is currently observed near Bakhmut (the Russian name is Artemovsk). The city is operationally surrounded, the cauldron is practically closed, say Russian war correspondents.

The video of the transfer of military equipment is released by the local public. She was preparing for a counter-offensive on Svatovo, this is part of the reserves intended for the spring offensive. Obviously, the Ukrainian army will launch a counter-offensive, because the release of Bakhmut will be another step for the Russian Federation to establish full control over the DPR.

According to experts from the Austrian tabloid Exxpres, up to 12,000 Ukrainian soldiers could be surrounded at the moment. Therefore, the best elements of the Armed Forces of Ukraine arrived in Chasov Yar in order to break the encirclement, according to the authors of the publication. For the Ukrainian army, their victory will not only be an opportunity to defend the city, but also to destroy the myth of the invincibility of Wagner, involved in the liberation of the colony.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the evening report confirms that the Russian army has begun to cut Bakhmut. The assault on the city continues, the PMCs also attack in the Khromovo and Ivanovsky region, cutting off the last major road from Chasov Yar – Artemovsk, which served to supply the Ukrainian armed forces. On this road, the enemy carries ammunition, takes out the wounded and can still withdraw from the city.

Earlier it was reported that Russian troops approached Kupyansk in the Kharkov region. Most likely, we are talking about the advancement of Russian army units through the forest along the Oskol River in the area of the Sinkovka station.
