“I’m on the cover of WMAG, woohoo! I am humbled and grateful,” actress Jennifer Coolidge tweeted.
It’s safe to say that the 61-year-old actress is at the height of her fame these days. After various ups and downs in Hollywood roles, Coolidge made a splash in the television series The White Lotus, which has already aired two seasons.
She was nominated for a Golden Globe and a Screen Actors Choice Award last year, and won an Emmy Award and a Hollywood Critics Choice for her role. This year she won a Golden Globe, Critics Choice and two Screen Actors Guild awards for the role.
“When I was first called and presented with WMAG’s take on filming; paying homage to the Japanese cinematic genre of Tokusatsu, I wasn’t sure I was right for the project or even their top choice. How insanely cool are these photos?!
When the extraordinary @Daniels I first called and pitched their vision for this shoot – paying homage to the Japanese film genre Tokusatsu – I thought they had the wrong muse (or definitely not their first choice for this amazing honor!) How are these photos incredibly cool? ! pic.twitter.com/ye43IEllRD
