A record shortage of job seekers has been recorded in Russia, reports Izvestia.
The material indicates that at the end of 2022 there were on average about 2.5 job vacancies for every unemployed Russian. This situation has not been recorded in the Russian labor market since 2005.
Factors such as the lifting of coronavirus restrictions, the withdrawal of some brands from the Russian market and the emergence of new ones, the arrival of new companies in their place, have contributed to this trend, experts say.
It is worth noting that the disappeared brands gave significant compensation to the dismissed, so some Russians are in no hurry to go to work.
