382 new cases of Covid-19 infection registered in the Murmansk region in a week

In the Arctic, new cases of infection of northerners with coronavirus continue to be detected. Murmansk and Monchegorsk occupy the first places in terms of incidence.

On Sunday, March 5, the Telegram channel of the operational headquarters in Murmansk reported that in the period from February 26 to March 4, 382 new cases of the Covid-19 virus were registered in the region.

So, in the first place in terms of the number of infected people is Murmansk, which is not surprising, given its population. There, covid was detected in 170 northerners in one week.

According to this sad statistic, Monchegorsk did not go far, 110 cases of Covid-19 were detected there in the indicated period. In addition, a significant number of cases are observed in the Kola region (27), Severomorsk (23) and Olenegorsk (21).

The total number of confirmed Covid-19 cases in the Murmansk region today stands at 147,569.

Recall that earlier “MK in Murmansk” said that registration for vaccination against covid at the central district hospital of ZATO in Severomorsk was temporarily suspended.
