The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and the Avtodor State Corporation have launched an experiment under the concept of developing the production and use of electric vehicles. Owners of electric vehicles will be able to drive for free on certain federal highways. This scheme will be valid until the end of 2023.

The list of free federal highways for drivers of electric vehicles includes: M-1 “Belarus”, including “Odintsovo Bypass”; M-3 “Ukraine”; M-4 “Don”; M-11 “Neva”; M-12 “Vostok” and the central ring road.

To become a member of this pilot program, you must contact the Avtodor LLC User Support Office. The terms of the promotion will be announced on the company’s website. This was reported in the group of the Ministry of Transport of the Novgorod region on the social network “VKontakte”.

Previously, MK in Veliky Novgorod reported that the railway bridge over the Yarynia River is recognized as an object of cultural heritage.
