The district court ordered the road construction organization to provide workers with warm boots.
The company’s management apparently decided to save on wetsuits. As a result, workers were left without insulated rubber boots. The violation of labor laws was revealed by employees of the local prosecutor’s office.
The test results were upheld by the court. Accordingly, the prosecutor’s request was granted.
“The decision has not entered into force and can be appealed within the time limits set by law,” the joint press service of the Kursk region judiciary reported.
It will be interesting to see how the situation develops when DRSU Tima appeals the court’s decision instead of providing shoes to its workers.
