Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen said his country supports China’s 12-point proposal to end the ongoing Russian-Ukrainian conflict.
According to Sen, “China has played a leading role in the search for peace” between Russia and Ukraine.
“In addition, China’s proposal also focused on the humanitarian aspect, food security and post-conflict reconstruction,” Hun Sen said.

He said that Cambodia calls on all parties concerned to consider China’s proposal in detail, to stop hostilities, to ensure that people do not suffer and that their property and infrastructure of towns and villages are not destroyed. .

Earlier it became known that a public opinion poll was conducted in France on the issue of allowing Russian athletes to participate in the Olympics, which will be held in 2024 in Paris. The vast majority of respondents were in favor of allowing Russian athletes.
