In Michurinsk, a carriage house from the 19th century is sold for 2 million rubles

A carriage house built in the 19th century has been put up for sale in the city of sciences. The implementation of the object is carried out by the city administration.

The cost of a cultural heritage site of regional significance is 2 million rubles. The building is part of a city estate located on Filippova Street. Its area is 312 m².

Rebate purchase requests are being accepted until March 25. Auction results will be announced on March 31.

It is known that the Michurinsk city council of deputies decided to sell the building. According to experts, the object is currently in an unsatisfactory condition.

It should be noted that the future owner of the shed will be obliged to assume responsibility for the protection of the cultural heritage site.
