In the Kursk region they are considering a trial for an unfinished wedding film

A claim for compensation for moral damage for failure to provide services will be considered by the Medvensky District Court.

A resident of the Medvensky district of the Kursk region turned to the ministers of Themis. In the lawsuit, he asks to recover 105,000 rubles from the defendant. Claims are made on the occasion of the marriage history. The applicant, who is also the groom, said he got married last year. To shoot a wedding film, he invited the accused, making a deal with him for 35,000 rubles.

The videographer took the money, filmed the wedding, and then the affair stopped. The newlyweds still haven’t seen the movie.

“The plaintiff seeks to recover from the defendant’s losses a fine and compensation for moral damage in the total amount of 105,000 rubles,” the joint press service of the courts of the Kursk region reported.
