Smolensk farmers actively use preferential loans

Since the beginning of the year, farmers in the Smolensk region have taken out 10.3 million rubles in preferential loans for seasonal work.

Of the total amount of short-term loans (223.9 million rubles), this is 4.36%. The rest was issued for the purchase of raw materials for processing and animal feed. This is reported in the Ministry of Agriculture and Food.

The most active preferential loans were attracted by agricultural producers and organizations of the agro-industrial complex:

– Roslavl district – 204.6 million rubles (86%),

– Safonovsky district – 26.9 million rubles (11%),

– the city of Smolensk – 3.7 million rubles (2%),

– Glinkovsky district – 1.3 million rubles (1%).
