The Master’s School will appear on the first floor of the former Levashovsky Bakery on Barochnaya Street in the Petrogradsky district of St. Petersburg. It will be opened by Polina Bondareva, the daughter of the former head of the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation Alexei Kudrin.

The building has been renovated. The new space will occupy 700 square meters. Amphitheaters will be held there, exhibitions, theatrical performances and festivals will take place. Also, the school will pay attention to digital art. The rest of the floors will house the RBI Group office. It is also planned that a permanent exhibition on the history of the bakery will be presented on the ground floor.

Experts estimate that the cost of rent can be about 500-700 rubles per “square” per month. “MK in St. Petersburg” wrote that the cost of the contract remains unknown.
