New intelligence released by US officials suggests that a pro-Ukrainian group carried out an attack on the Nord Stream gas pipeline.
At the same time, according to sources, they have no evidence of involvement in the sabotage of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, his aides or any Ukrainian government official.
The newspaper notes that the interlocutors refused to disclose the nature of the intelligence data, its source, or to confirm the credibility of the evidence cited therein.
Explosions on Nord Stream gas pipelines occurred at the end of September 2022.
In February 2023, American investigative journalist Seymour Hersh presented a version of the terrorist attack, which could be the origin of the United States and Norway. According to him, American divers planted explosives under Nord Stream in the summer of 2022, which the Norwegians activated three months later.
