Previously convicted local resident detained in Sochi on suspicion of stealing a bicycle


Sochi law enforcement arrested a 35-year-old local resident who had previous convictions for alleged theft several times. According to the investigators, the man appropriated the bike of a 66-year-old citizen. The owner left the vehicle on the stairs of a private house.
