The conflict in Ukraine led to a significant increase in demand for inflatable models of various weapon systems. It is reported by the Associated Press. The American agency refers to the Czech manufacturer of decoy military targets Inflatech.

This company produces more than 30 different inflatable models of military equipment, ranging from tanks and armored personnel carriers to airplanes and howitzers. Interestingly, versions of the HIMARS and MLRS missile systems are also offered. The company now produces up to 50 inflatable models per month. It takes 10 minutes to deploy and inflate fake military equipment.

The company does not officially confirm that cheats are used in Ukraine. But at the same time, they hope that the stable production growth will continue over the next 5 years. However, the Czech media some time ago showed videos of these tricks, claiming that they were produced specifically for Ukraine.

Let us add that quite recently photos of inflatable models in the zone of the special military operation were taken by the Russian military. At the same time, it was noted that the Ukrainian army competently uses decoys. The positions are equipped very carefully. Spent shells and debris are strewn around the inflatable gun dummy.

Military experts note that through the use of inflatable models of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Russian artillery not only wastes shells, but also unmasks its positions, which are then attacked by Ukrainian artillery.
