The four memorandums focus on providing access to quality education and ensuring the enrollment of more than 709,060 children who are not enrolled in schools, from now until March 2027, through the Educate A Child program of the Education Above All Foundation. The projects designed support enabling access to education for out-of-school children and youth.

The memorandums, through the agreed projects, target several basic activities that help provide learning skills, including improving the learning environment, improving educational methods, and improving the infrastructure of schools and classrooms. These projects seek to meet the living requirements of water and quality food for students, train teachers and teaching staff, and ensure that schools are clean with good sanitation. It will include the activation of awareness campaigns for parents, which will address the importance of education and combating the problems of child labor and children dropping out of school, and will be carried out in cooperation with local community leaders and influential personalities in the beneficiary countries. In addition, it includes developing student registration systems and resolving overcrowded classrooms.

His Excellency Mr. Khalifa bin Jassim Al Kuwari, Director General of Qatar Fund for Development, said on this occasion: "Children and youth in less developed countries suffer from various obstacles and encounter hardships along the way, and live in a state of economic and social uncertainty. That is why we need to invest in education, because it is the starting point for these children and youth to be positive members of their society.".

He added, “Through our cooperation with Education Above All, we aim to provide children and youth with the tools they need to complete their educational journey. For this reason, the Fund is proud to contribute to the development of education.”

For his part, Mr. Fahad Al-Sulaiti, CEO of Education Above All Foundation, indicated that the work of the “Educate a Child” program to ensure that all children are enrolled in quality education in these countries is a way to show our continuous commitment to helping those countries achieve the goals of sustainable development. By 2030, we appreciate the support of our strategic partner, Qatar Fund for Development, in contributing to Education Above All Foundation’s mission to provide educational facilities for developing countries and help students gain access to education.
