The Petrozavodsk mayor’s office told residents that “Customer Service” is still asking the court to restore the facades of houses No. 25, 35, 36 and 37 along Lenin Avenue.
Recall that for the celebration of the 100th anniversary of Karelia, Stroyivest brought the buildings in order, but in 2021 experts revealed some violations. It turned out that the plaster had come off in places on the slabs of the balconies and the facades, and that there was no interface between the gutters. The contractor refused to “work on bugs” even though the five-year warranty on repairs had not yet expired.
The “customer service” had to contact the arbitral tribunal, which complied with the request. But the defendant decided to bend his line and sent an appeal to the next instance – the thirteenth arbitral appeal court. The case is now under review.
