The prosecutor’s office approved the indictment against a resident of the Kamensky district of the Penza region.
The young man is only 22 years old, he had no previous convictions. In November 2022 he contacted another scammer in a courier who needed a courier in Penza.
The second scammer called older women and said their relatives were in trouble. The scammer offered to solve the problem with the problems of relatives who committed crimes for a certain amount.
The courier came to collect the money.
Before the arrest, the young man managed to visit three elderly women, the total amount of transferred funds amounted to 531,000 rubles. Courier costs amounted to 55,000 rubles.
The young man confessed to the crimes, his case will be considered by the railway court.
