Governor Andrei Chibis graced the inauguration of the Unicum Olympiad training center with his presence.

The first 20 Unicum educational and scientific sites have opened in the Murmansk region. One of the events was attended by the head of the region.

On Thursday, March 9, the press service of the government of the Murmansk region announced the opening of 20 Unicum Olympiad training grounds for schoolchildren in Murmansk, Apatity and Severomorsk.

The opening of such a center in the Academic Museum of Murmansk was attended by the governor of the region Andrey Chibis. He noted that the children have been using the new classrooms for several weeks now and their feedback has been positive. Thanks to this infrastructure, added Chibis, guys have a lot of new opportunities for self-actualization.

In Murmansk, Unicum centers have been opened in three high schools: university, polytechnic and international. In addition, four sites appeared at once in the university high school: in physics, chemistry, biology and computer science.

It should be noted that modern Unicum centers are being opened in the region within the framework of the education program and the plan Living in the North, about 75 million rubles will be spent on the implementation of the project on the regional budget.

Recall that earlier “MK in Murmansk” said that about 10 billion rubles were spent on the development of martial arts in the Murmansk region.
