Modernization works are underway in schools of the Tver region under the regional program

In the Tver region, in a number of educational institutions that will be modernized in 2023 under the regional program, work is at a high level of readiness.

In particular, in the main building of secondary school No. 2 in Likhoslavl, the roof, facade, ventilation, water supply systems were repaired and electrical installation work was completed. The manuals have been replaced. Currently, the repair of the internal premises is being completed, the replacement of doors and window blocks is underway. The overall readiness for construction of the facility is 84%. In addition, 83% of repairs were completed in Tver boarding school No. 1.

The project for the modernization of educational institutions in the Upper Volga region was launched last year on behalf of Governor Igor Ruden.

“The school renovation works are being carried out in accordance with the task set by Russian President Vladimir Putin. The Head of State stressed that the development of schools is a significant indicator of the efficiency of the work of authorities at the regional and municipal levels. Modern schools are one of the essential conditions for providing quality education and education to schoolchildren, regardless of where they live, ”Igor Rudenya believes.

In total, this year, according to the regional program, work will be carried out in 15 objects of educational institutions in the region.

In addition to the Likhoslavl secondary school No. 2 (main building and primary school) and the Tver boarding school No. 1, the participants of the program were the Goryutinskaya and Mednovskaya schools of the Kalininsky district, the schools of the villages of Radchenko and Izoplit of the Konakovo district, schools No. 15 and No. 17 (main building and primary school) of the city of Tver, Zarechenskaya primary school of the Kalyazinsky district, Firovskaya secondary school, Andreapolskaya secondary school No. 3, Penovskaya secondary school of the name . EI Chaikina, Moshkovskaya secondary school, Torzhok district.

In 2022, repair work under this program was carried out in two buildings of the Borkovskaya secondary school in the Bezhetsky district, the Malyshevskaya secondary school in the Maksatikha municipal district and school No. 55Set image entry in the city of Bologoye. The establishments are equipped with new equipment, furniture and sports equipment. Measures have been taken to improve the anti-terrorist security of adjacent buildings and territories.
