A group of specialists from the American Academy of Neurology (AAN) studied the effects of various herbs on the human brain. The results of their study have been published on the pages of Neurology.
Study author Pooja Agarwal says spinach was recognized as the most useful green vegetable. According to her, it is able to reduce the number of plaques in the human brain, “rejuvenating” it by around 19 years.
