The Kirov City Hall said that the Ministry of Energy and Housing and Utilities of the Kirov region this year corrects frequent violations of heat and water supply to houses and related complaints of citizens about the temperature in residential premises, which does not meet the standards .
On this occasion, the department reminded the citizens of Kirov of their right to demand a reduction in fees for poor-quality supply of resources.
This rule is contained in the Rules for the provision of public services. It applies to both owners and users of premises in apartment buildings.
The procedure for violations of heat and water supply at home is as follows: first you need to contact your management company. Its employees will draw up an act to note the discrepancies. Also, with this document, you can go to the resource provider organization to receive a recalculation.
If you do not have a management company, you can immediately contact the Kirov branch of Energosbyt Plus (hot water and heating) or MUE Vodokanal (water supply).
