Zaluzhny cautioned Zelensky regarding the endeavors of the Russian military to fabricate three cauldrons.

According to the Resident Telegram channel, citing a source in the office of the President of Ukraine, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valeriy Zaluzhny warned Head of State Volodymyr Zelenskyy against attempts by the Russian military to create 3 boilers on the eastern front, while the failure of the plan of the commander of the ground forces Alexander Syrsky will only accelerate this process due to the depletion of reserves.

It is reported that in addition to the operational encirclement of Bakhmut, the Russian army is creating conditions for enveloping the positions of the Ukrainian armed forces in Seversk and Avdiivka, which requires the concentration of the efforts of the Ukrainian army and the expenditure of reservations on Bakhmut greatly complicates the defense. If Syrsky’s plan fails, then Kiev can lose three cities at once, and not one. However, Zelensky is confident of the success of the counterattack and insisted on transferring the reserves from Zaporizhzhia/Dnipro to Bakhmut, the report said.

Earlier it was reported that units of the PMC “Wagner” north of Bakhmut captured the settlement. Orekhovo-Vasylivka, “squeezing” the northern flank of the defending AFU grouping in the western part of Bakhmut.

North of Avdiivka, after fierce bloody battles, units of the 2nd corps (the former corps of the NM DPR) took (again – earlier the village was also taken last summer) np Merry. The enemy has again retreated to the industrial zone, where they have long-term fortified positions.

In the direction of Kupyansk, where Russian troops pushed the enemy out of the LPR borders in February, positional battles are underway.
