Sergey Zhukov will open “Hands Up Bar” in Arkhangelsk. The soloist of the group “Hands Up” has been in the restaurant business for several years now. Together with a St. Petersburg restaurateur Pavel Chesnokov, he founded a federal network of catering establishments. The very first bar was opened in 2012, since then the network of bars has grown and cozy bars are appearing in new cities of Russia and even abroad.
In 2023, it is Arkhangelsk’s turn. The new facility will be located downtown, on the fifth floor of the Titan Arena shopping mall. It was originally a Salt and Pepper restaurant. Sergei Zhukov himself is expected to come to the grand opening of the bar. Will the new establishment be able to conquer the hearts of northerners and will the bar not repeat the fate of Salt and Pepper? Time will show us.
