Residents of the Murmansk region tested their strength in competitions downhill from a snowy mountain. Such competitions were held on Sunday, March 12 in Gadzhiyevo on the “Island of Dogs” between Dushenova and Embankment streets.
Everyone was invited to participate in the races. At the same time, age and experience did not matter: different age categories among professionals and winter sports enthusiasts took part in the competition.
In the group of the Gadzhiyevo Creativity and Recreation Center on VKontakte they mentioned that a fun and exciting program awaits visitors to the event. In order not to freeze in cold weather, northerners carried with them thermoses with hot tea. The trips themselves on the cheesecakes and ice cubes also warmed us up.
Earlier, “MK in Murmansk” said that Russia’s top athletes gathered in Monchegorsk for the All-Russian Alpine Skiing competition.
