A man bereft of privileges, who perpetrated a fraud against an individual possessing a roller-skating arena, evaded retribution.

The other day, the court in Kovrov considered a criminal case brought against an Armenian citizen. He was charged with breaking safety rules, which resulted in the death of one person.

It turned out that in November last year he came to the city of gunsmiths with his team for road work. The man had experience driving special equipment, but he did not have a license. But despite this, the foreman decided that everything was fine and put him behind the rink. For this, he paid with his life: the driver ran him over, not making sure there was no one in his way.

The brigadier died on the spot.

At trial, the injured party asked to close the case, because the rink operator repented, apologized and fully compensated the damage.

But the public prosecutor opposed it, but Thémis nevertheless decided to stop the case for the reconciliation of the parties.
