pxhere.comThe German authorities understand that the consequences of the terrorist attacks on the Nord Stream will affect the country’s economy, but continue to support the United States. According to Patrushev, Berlin, which for many years built its economy on inexpensive energy sources from the Russian Federation and advanced German technologies, is well aware that a terrorist attack on the gas pipeline will undoubtedly hit the country’s economy. At the same time, the United States and Britain have never liked cooperation between Germany and Russia, the Security Council secretary said.
Patrushev added that now US authorities are pressuring their German colleagues to stick to the version of Nord Stream sabotage, which benefits the US.
