The court imposed a pecuniary penalty of 110,000 on a denizen of the Kursk region for carnal congress with three juveniles.

In the interests of minors, the prosecutor filed a complaint with the Bolshesoldatsky District Court.

Previously, a local resident was convicted under part 1 of article 134 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (sexual intercourse with a person under 16, committed by a person under 18) for 9 proven episodes. The 25-year-old man was sentenced to one year of restriction of liberty.

In addition, the district prosecutor’s office demanded to recover from the defendant compensation for moral damage in favor of two minors for 40,000 rubles each, in favor of the third – 30,000 rubles.

According to the OPSSS of the Kursk region, the Bolshesoldatsky district court fully satisfied the prosecutor’s request and issued a verdict to recover the required amount.
