A fighter from the Armed Forces of Ukraine (APU) demonstrated the quality of body armor after firing a pistol. It turned out that the bullet went through the protective gear.

The Ukrainian army has decided to test the resistance of bullet-proof vests distributed to soldiers on the front line. He conducted his experiment at a distance of three meters with 9mm cartridges.

After the shots, it turned out that all the armor plates of the vest were pierced with ordinary cartridges. Obviously, such a means of protection would not save the life of a fighter.

“The case is far from new. The Armed Forces of Ukraine have been experiencing similar problems since 2014. Yes, it is not massive, but it has become a kind of lottery – how lucky is anyone, – Daniil Bezsonov, ex-deputy minister of ‘Information from the DPR, comments on the images.
