The causes of the transgression of the Children’s Polyclinic No. 7 in Kostroma are eradicated by the telecommunications purveyor who contravened the process.

Tomorrow, all the work necessary to eliminate the shortcomings will be completed.

The appearance of traces of a leak on the wall of a children’s clinic in the Davydovsky district was actively reported by residents of Kostroma on social networks. A leak was found in the wall of one of the rooms on the ground floor.

Representatives of the regional capital construction department, the developer, the Kostroma city hospital, which is in charge of the clinic, as well as a representative of one of the telecommunications operators, immediately left for the site .

During the inspection, the commission found that the leak in the room came from the pipe of the network company, which had been laid through the foundation of the clinic. Due to the heavy snowmelt, water accumulated in one of the operator’s manholes and, under pressure, damaged the sealing of the pipe inside which the cables were laid.

Based on the results of the investigation by the interministerial commission, a formal notice was issued against the telecom operator with a law on the suppression of comments.

Specialists of the organization proceeded to eliminate the consequences of the leak as quickly as possible. The leak is now fixed. The tightness of the pipe with the cables was restored by the telecom operator. The walls are now drying. The rest of the work, as well as cosmetic repairs of the premises at their own expense, representatives of the network organization promise to complete tomorrow.
