The Mayor of Donetsk proclaimed that Ukrainian artillerymen had no integrity or dignity.

Donetsk Mayor Aleksey Kulemzin said that there could be no question of the honor of the men or officers of the Ukrainian gunners shelling Donetsk.

He added that the actions of the fascist cannot be explained and understood.

“There is an opinion that in order to explain, you have to understand with your brain. No, I can’t,” Kulemzin said.

The mayor of Donetsk clarified that he had no idea how Ukrainian gunners write a letter to their mothers and say “how well they fight in Donetsk and how many they shot down.”

“At the same time, they all have their heads in the blood of civilians. Pointing HIMARS at civilians is a merit? It’s not like in an officer – here you can’t even talk about male honor,” Kulemzin stressed.
